This past week I was listening to the music on my smartphone. “We’re Not Gonna Take It” by the Twisted Sisters popped up, and I thought, “What a wonderful song to strengthen the timid!”
Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees.

This is a good song for those of us needing strength to exercise our “No” muscles. May it encourage and build you up as it has done for me.
