Divorce Anniversary Today! 12 Years!

It did not even register until I noticed it going through my blog files. This is how little this date means to me today. It is just another day.

I have much more important to consider like what to write for my sermon on Sunday.

This isn’t to brag. It is to offer hope for you whose divorce is fresh. The pain is finite. A day will come when the divorce date will pass like just a regular day in your life.

I do not know when that will be for you. However, I want to encourage you that it will happen.

A new normal will emerge after the grief of letting go of you previous life and finding a new one. I know, because it happened for me, and it will happen for you, too!
