Does God really think that? No. God does NOT.

I am convinced God does NOT think…

…you are responsible for your ex-spouse cheating on you and discarding you.

God is just. God holds the actor responsible for the actions he or she did, not their victim (see 2 Corinthians 5:10).

No matter what your cheater or even a pastor might say, God does not think you are responsible for this evil committed against you.

I am convinced God does NOT think…

…your children are doomed because your spouse cheated and your marriage ended in divorce.

Once again, God does not hold people responsible for sins they did not commit. In fact, God explicitly condemns the practice of holding children responsible for their parents’ sins plus vice versa (see Ezekiel 18:20).

I am convinced God does NOT think…

…you deserved to be cheated on and thereby sinned against.

It puzzles me how Christians could ever think or suggest otherwise. What could possibly justify or make one deserving to be sinned against?!

This is pure pagan thinking. Please do not mistake this as coming from God. God does not think your cheater gets a pass to sin against you (and Him). Sin is sin. And it is wrong. Always.
