Happy Anniversary to Divorce Minister!

One year ago today, Mrs. DM and I agreed to buy this domain, obtain hosting, and start blogging. What started as an experiment to see if anyone found my thoughts on these matters interesting–while it was still a blogspot idea–has definitely grown. Today, the blog has had over 103,000 views and has reached over 32,000 individuals from over 130 countries in one year’s time!

People are listening. And the need is very apparant.

Divorce Minister: Taking Adultery Seriously is a ministry and a passion close to my heart. I am so glad the word is getting out there, and people are coming finding support here. God is so gracious in taking times of suffering and redeeming those into avenues of care for others. As Scripture says,

Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. -2 Corinthians 1:3-4, KJV

Thank you to all who come to this website!

May God bless each and everyone with a greater sense of His love, comfort, peace, and evermore blessings! Amen.

  1. Love the picture. Congratulations and Happy Belated Birthday to what was a very important daily read for me at the deepest part of my agonizing battle. My whenever to be ex – three years and counting – hopefully the divorce is final in August. He tried to destroy me, basically got away with not providing child support or an equal split of assets/debts and in the process did some damage to our three kids. That is his legacy. Your focused commentaries helped me to not rail and rant. The focused commentaries helped me to focus on trusting that God was and is with me so long as I put my trust in Him. I still have no idea where this journey will take me, but my heart is lighter and filled with hope. Thank you for this great blog. God’s blessing to you all.

    1. Thanks, mommythree, for the kind words! It sounds like your story is just beginning…may God truly bless you as you step forward into your wild and soon to be amazing–I say in faith–journey!
